Returns:
- We accept returns or exchanges only for defective or damaged items.
- To be eligible, you must notify us within 4 days of receiving your order.
- An unboxing video is mandatory as proof for claim verification.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges:
- If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at support@zarive.com with your order number and unboxing video.
Non-returnable items:
- We do not accept returns for items that are damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or without valid proof of damage.
1. Eligibility for Exchange & Return: We do not accept exchanges or returns unless the product has a verified manufacturing defect. To be eligible, you must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the package.
2. Return Shipping Costs: If a defect is confirmed, the same product must be returned to us. The customer is responsible for the shipping charges for sending the product back to us for inspection and replacement.
3. Replacement Only, No Refund: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. If a manufacturing defect is verified through the unboxing video, we will send a replacement once we receive and inspect the returned product.
4. Condition of Returned Items: Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Items showing signs of use, damage due to mishandling, or incomplete packaging may not qualify for replacement.
5. Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (if applicable) cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, unless faulty.
